Inline Paging
Moving from page to page of a website where major elements stay the same (nav, search, footer, etc.), but the main page content changes without it seeming like you are jumping to a new page. It is a more pleasing user experience/user flow. Its drawbacks tend to be browser buttons like the "back" button working correctly.
Scrolled Paging
A combination of scrolling and paging, paging is performed as normal, but instead the content is “scrolled” into view.
Used when you only want the content to change, and it is changed by the content scrolling into view to replace the previous content.
If you get your revenue by page impressions, scrolling may not be an option for your business model
